This site is a tribute to Catherine Sutherland. Catherine will always be remembered. Mother to John and Julie. Grandma to Simon, Sarah, and Daniel. Great Grandma to Kiera, Leo, Max, Jack and Dusty.
Catherine was sister to her late brothers Phillip and John Hargraves.
Catherine was a proud Liverpudlian, a dedicated wife to her late husband George and enjoyed her life and retirement to the full until the onset of dementia when she went into a care home 3 years ago where she passed away peacefully on Mothers Day 10th March.
Catherine's chosen charity of Cancer Research is in memory of her husband of 45 years George who sadly died of cancer aged 67.
The funeral is a private family ceremony.
A celebration of Catherine Sutherland's life
Funeral service will take place at Eastbourne Crematorium (Family Chapel) on Friday 19th April 2024 at 12:30 pm.
No flowers please. Donations, if desired, may be made in Catherine's memory to Cancer Research UK, via this tribute page.
